Restaurant and Bakery

You’ll find Kaffehus och Krog, our organic KRAV certified restaurant with its own bakery, in the middle of the kitchen garden. Food and refreshments are served daily. Everything is made from seasonal produce from the garden, complemented by the best ingredients from local food producers.

We are open every day from 11 am to 4 pm. Lunch is served from 11.30 am to 2 pm.

Price 185 SEK

We have three options to choose from – a vegetarian, a fish or a meat dish. Salad, fresh bread from our bakery, butter and coffee/tea are included. All the products that we work with are organic. Below is an example of what we serve:

  • Pumpkin and broad bean cream, quinoa salad with kale, onion and carrot, oystermushroom, and fermented chili-mayonnaise.
  • Baked onion with roasted beans, mayonnaise with mustard and thyme and baked chicken thighs.
  • Coleslaw with apple and kale, baked beets, sesame seeds and today’s fish.

Seasonal ingredients decides what ends up on our menu. Therefore we know briefly what will be on the menu and it may change during the week.

Gunnebos food philosophy

Part of Gunnebo’s sustainability ethos is to keep the menus open for changes, depending on what our gardeners bring into the kitchen, or what our suppliers are offering that day. The season’s ingredients determine what ends up on our guests’ plates. Because of this decisions about what we put on the menu can often be last minute and there can be changes as the week progresses. All our food is organic, Swedish KRAV labelled, and prepared with a lot of care and attention. Enjoy your meal!
