Restaurant and Bakery

You’ll find Kaffehus och Krog, our organic KRAV certified restaurant with its own bakery, in the middle of the kitchen garden. Food and refreshments are served daily. Everything is made from seasonal produce from the garden, complemented by the best ingredients from local food producers.

We are open every day from 11 am to 4 pm. Lunch is served from 11.30 am to 2 pm.

We have three options to choose from – a vegetarian, a fish or a meat dish. A seasonal salad , different kinds of fresh bread from our bakery, butter and organic coffee specially roasted for Kaffehuset. 4 different kinds of tea are included.

All the products that we work with are organic. Seasonal ingredients decides what ends up on our menu. Therefore the menu may change during the week.

Tomato ragout with white beans from Fagraslätt, citrus yoghurt, onion salad and filiostus

Baked celeriac with roasted lentils and celeriac cream, fermented celeriac and rhubarb served with today’s fish

Gunnebos food philosophy

Part of Gunnebo’s sustainability ethos is to keep the menus open for changes, depending on what our gardeners bring into the kitchen, or what our suppliers are offering that day. The season’s ingredients determine what ends up on our guests’ plates. Because of this decisions about what we put on the menu can often be last minute and there can be changes as the week progresses. All our food is organic, Swedish KRAV labelled, and prepared with a lot of care and attention. Enjoy your meal!
