Restaurant and Bakery

You’ll find Kaffehus och Krog, our organic KRAV certified restaurant with its own bakery, in the middle of the kitchen garden. Food and refreshments are served daily. Everything is made from seasonal produce from the garden, complemented by the best ingredients from local food producers.

Set meals are served: Monday-Sunday 11.30-14.00, price 165 SEK and weekends and public holidays 11.30 – 14.30, price 185 SEK

We always have three options to choose from – a vegetarian, a fish or a meat dish, served with salad, bread and butter and coffee/tea. 

  • main course 1:Baked jerusalem artichoke, roasted cabbage, herbs, lentils and cured egg yolk.
  • main course 2:Rapeseed shoots, roasted carrots, kimchi mayonnaise, pork loin
  • main course 3:Jerusalem artichoke, roasted potatoes, lemon yoghurt, and today’s fish
  • Seasonal ingredients decides what ends up on our menu. Therefore we know briefly what will be on the menu and it may change during the week. Enjoy your meal!

A child’s portion of the dish of the day (0- 12 years): 85 SEK

Gunnebos food philosphy

Part of Gunnebo’s sustainability ethos is to keep the menus open for changes, depending on what our gardeners bring into the kitchen, or what our suppliers are offering that day. The season’s ingredients determine what ends up on our guests’ plates. Because of this decisions about what we put on the menu can often be last minute and there can be changes as the week progresses. All our food is organic, Swedish KRAV labelled, and prepared with a lot of care and attention. Enjoy your meal!
